Fraud Found.........

Afghanistan's Electoral Complaints Commission said Tuesday it had found "clear and convincing evidence" of fraud in the country's controversial elections and had ordered some ballots to be recounted. I'm sure that's only a small part of the problems, with this election. I've seen where people have been attacked by assailants, to keep them from going to vote. These people were of a certain clan that was against one of the incumbents.
