Weight Loss

Are you ready for that summer tan? Is your body ready for that bathing suit, you've been looking at in the store? Well, if it isn't then you had better get busy and find one of the best weight loss pills you can find for the money. If it doesn't do the job, then you didn't do something right or you just wasted your money. Some of these weight loss products, just don't live up to the hype. I'd say, that you need to get a good product review, on anything you want to buy and of course, check with your doctor about using a certain product.

Season Is Upon Us...........

Flood-affected people move to safer places after receiving relief ...
Flood-affected people move to safer places after receiving relief supplies on the outskirts of Siliguri in the eastern Indian state of West Bengal, May 26, 2009. Officials in West Bengal said at least 29 people died in Cyclone Aila, mostly from house collapses, electrocution and falling trees. Every year about this time, the whole world gets hit by horrible weather of one sort or the other. Here in the US, we get hurricanes, tornados, and flooding from torential rains. We are embarking upon another season of weather related episodes, as these people are doing.

Men or Boys

Now I’m sure your thinking this is about small boy’s. I’m not talking about the children aspect……..actually, I guess I am on a different level. I’m talking about men who “pout” and make your life miserable when they don’t get their way. I’m so tired of this “little boy” thing where “you’ll take your toys and go home, if we don’t play your way!” Not being a “morning person”, leaves me open to the perils of this morning person”. I love to sleep-in on the weekends and he’s up at 6:00am with the TV on. Most of the time he has the decency to turn it down low. But he still coughs, blows his snout, talks to the cat, and goes back and forth to the bathroom. Five or six days a week, I get up and make coffee, to get him off to work. So, why can’t he sleep in at least one day, with me? Hey, we live in a small house and every little sound catches my ears. I lived alone for 4 years, so listening for sounds was a priority, to safety. Now it’s just a aggravation to my sleeping in. What possessed me to think that I needed a relationship, in the first place….is beyond me. I thought I was alone and lonely……..yeah, right! Back then it was the man across the street, interrupting my sleep on the weekends, cranking up his loud truck or riding lawn mower. Oh yeah, he rode the lawn mower, right by my bedroom window, mowing the yard next door. I’m positive he was trying to do it to aggravate me. (That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!) Anyway, I could rumble around and get up when I wanted, without putting up with someone else’s needs. Yeah, it was lonely, but nice and peaceful. Why did I take that away from myself and get this “morning person” to bother me? I sure haven’t any clue.

Goodbye

This NASA image shows the Hubble Space Telescope following grapple of the giant observatory by the shuttle's Canadian-built remote manipulator system. US astronauts aboard the shuttle Atlantis released the Hubble Space Telescope on Tuesday, after the US space agency's final mission to repair and upgrade the orbiting observatory. So, they leave it behind for good, and that's the last of the repairs, on the telescope. The next mission, will not be centered around this mission but totally something else.

I'm So Sure

This month it's the swine flu.........and now what will we have happen? I wonder what will be next on our agenda of happenings? It's been one thing after another, to maneuver around. I wonder if there will be another food scare or what? Sure hope we don't have another terrorist attack. That is just about all it would take right now to plunge America in to another depth of depression. We've had enough of these disasters. Yet, for some reason the keep coming........there's many many people in the world, trying to get ahead at the other peoples' expense.

Mother's Day Suprise........

Chrysler Files........

A Chrysler dealership in Miami, Florida. Chrysler's bankruptcy ...

A Chrysler dealership in Miami, Florida. Chrysler's bankruptcy sent shivers through Detroit Friday despite President Barack Obama's confidence that a quick restructuring would give the number three US automaker "a new lease on life" in partnership with Italy's Fiat. The nation's third-largest automaker filed for bankruptcy protection Thursday with an ambitious plan to emerge in as little as 30 days as a leaner company. I'm sure that this is just the beginning of financial woes, the way the economy has floundered. It's a scary situation, to see one of the top automakers, go under.
