Santa Claus

I remember my first Christmas adventure with Grandma. I was just a kid.  I remember tearing across town on my bike to visit her on the day my big sister dropped the bomb: "There is no Santa Claus," she jeered. "Even dummies know that!"

My Grandma was not the gushy kind, never had been. I fled to her that day because I knew she would be straight with me. I knew Grandma always told the truth, and I knew that the truth always went down a whole lot easier when swallowed with one of her "world-famous" cinnamon buns. I knew they were world-famous, because Grandma said so. It had to be true.

Grandma was home, and the buns were still warm. Between bites, I told her everything. She was ready for me. "No Santa Claus?" she snorted...."Ridiculous! Don't believe it. That rumor has been going around for years, and it makes me mad, plain mad!! Now, put on your coat, and let's go."

"Go? Go where, Grandma?" I asked. I hadn't even finished my second world-famous cinnamon bun. "Where" turned out to be Kerby's General Store, the one store in town that had a little bit of just about everything. As we walked through its doors, Grandma handed me ten dollars. That was a bundle in those days. "Take this money," she said "and buy something for someone who needs it.  I'll wait for you in the car."  Then she turned and walked out of Kerby's.

I was only eight years old.  I'd often gone shopping with my mother, but never had I shopped for anything all by myself. The store seemed big and crowded, full of people scrambling to finish their Christmas shopping.

For a few moments I just stood there, confused, clutching that ten-dollar bill, wondering what to buy, and who on earth to buy it for.

I thought of everybody I knew: my family, my friends, my neighbors, the kids at school, the people who went to my church.

I was just about thought out, when I suddenly thought of Bobby Decker. He was a kid with bad breath and messy hair, and he sat right behind me in Mrs. Pollock's grade-two class. Bobby Decker didn't have a coat. I knew that because he never went out to recess during the winter. His mother always wrote a note, telling the teacher that he had a cough, but all we kids knew that Bobby Decker didn't have a cough; he didn't have a good coat. I fingered the ten-dollar bill with growing excitement. I would buy Bobby Decker a coat!
I settled on a red corduroy one that had a hood to it. It looked real warm, and he would like that.
"Is this a Christmas present for someone?" the lady behind the counter asked kindly, as I laid my ten dollars down. "Yes, ma'am," I replied shyly. "It's for Bobby."

The nice lady smiled at me, as I told her about how Bobby really needed a good winter coat. I didn't get any change, but she put the coat in a bag, smiled again, and wished me a Merry Christmas.

That evening, Grandma helped me wrap the coat (a little tag fell out of the coat, and Grandma tucked it in her Bible) in Christmas paper and ribbons and wrote, "To Bobby, From Santa Claus" on it.
Grandma said that Santa always insisted on secrecy. Then she drove me over to Bobby Decker's house, explaining as we went that I was now and forever officially, one of Santa's helpers.
Grandma parked down the street from Bobby's house, and she and I crept noiselessly and hid in the bushes by his front walk. Then Grandma gave me a nudge. "All right, Santa Claus," she whispered, "get going."

I took a deep breath, dashed for his front door, threw the present down on his step, pounded his door and flew back to the safety of the bushes and Grandma.

Together we waited breathlessly in the darkness for the front door to open. Finally it did, and there stood Bobby.

Fifty years haven't dimmed the thrill of those moments spent shivering, beside my Grandma, in Bobby Decker's bushes. That night, I realized that those awful rumors about Santa Claus were just what Grandma said they were -- ridiculous.  Santa was alive and well, and we were on his team.

I still have the Bible, with the coat tag tucked inside: $19.95.

Just Fill In

Recently, we obtained an acoustic guitar from a sale we went to.  We love to "garage sale"," flea market", and "auction" as often as we can.  Most of the time it's when payday has arrived.  There are great values online when you shop for a cheap rogue natural acoustic guitar  for a new student.  It's always best to start them off with this type of instrument so they can get accustomed to it.

Finale

Right around this time of the year, you find that most of your favorite programs and having final episodes.  The waiting for the next season's opening seems like forever.  I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about.  I was all ready to watch a favorite last night, and it wasn't there.  Darn it, I hate this time of the year on TV.

Did You Watch?

Emily Vancamp, Gabriel Mann, Nolan, Revenge, Wedding
I sat glued to the TV last night watching this drama unfold.  It was a sight to behold, and the end of this finale has left me a bit miffed.  Daniel of all people, turned out to be the one who did the bad deed of shooting Emily.  I'm sure you know what I will be doing when "Revenge" comes back on Feb. 27th, 2014.

Ease the Stress

You run this way and that trying to get all your holiday shopping done in time.  The stress can build and that's when you can find relief at rivernorthmassage.com   to help find some peace.  I've noticed that women often give gift certificates to their family members and friends as gifts for the holiday season.  It would be nice if one of my children could afford a day for me at one of these places.

Texas Ice Storm

These are pictures of the ice storm we had here in Texas this week.  There is still plenty of ice that hasn't melted, but the roads are passable.  The cold temps has kept it from going away soon enough.  Many are still without power because of broken lines.

Warmth

Each year around this time people are enjoying the warmth of their inside fireplaces.  I love a good fire on a cold winter evening.  It's a good thing to be able to shop from the convenience of your home at an online store for things like discount fireplace mantels at agee   to make it all special.  We have gotten spoiled from all the online stores on the web and it's so easy to find what we need at good prices.

Again

Once again the Philippines reels from devastating weather.  A typhoon hit with horrible effects proving to be fatal to many.  It is estimated that 10,000 people are believed dead in one Philippine city alone.  Bodies hung from tree branches and were scattered along sidewalks and among flattened buildings.  The  looters raided grocery stores and gas stations in search of food, fuel and water.  Picture are coming in of the scene and it's not pretty.  It will be days before the full extent of the storm's impact can be assessed.
They are right in the storm paths each time a hurricane or tropical storm decides to move through the region.  Our thoughts are with these people as they try to recover once again from this type of trauma.  Those who can are urged to help in any way possible.

Earthquake Rocks Crete

There were no reports of casualties or serious destruction in the 6.4 magnitude quake, off the coast of Crete. This area is  often rocked by earthquakes, but cause no serious damage. A 5.9 magnitude quake in 1999 killed 143 people.
Since this quake caused no serious damage, that indicated it was quite deep. Some said that it was much stronger and lasted much longer than the ones' they are used to.

It's A Beautiful Day

Yes, and the "State Fair of Texas" is in full gear.  This year greeted a new "Big Tex" because of the burn out he incurred last year.  If you remember that fateful day, when across the new media, came pictures of the famous character, in full flames.  It was a sad sight for all of us who have grown up seeing and hearing his voice each year at the "Fair".  He came back with a new look, new duds and a skin tone which was a bit deeper than before.  I considered it a tanned look, but others considered it to be favoring the Mexican origin.  It has raised a few eyebrows as well as caused a few unfavorable comments.
The weather started the "Fair" off as usual with loud claps of thunder, high winds and heavy rains.  This has been a custom down through the years, for it to rain out the fair goers.  Today, is a nice day to travel in to Dallas and partake of the fun, food, games, events and don't forget the parades.  There are many exhibits located around the park, so go and enjoy.

Furniture

Located here in our immediate living area is one of the Ashley Furniture Stores.  Advertisements on TV are shown daily about their beautiful ashley furniture bedroom sets  along with living room and dining room furnishings.  I can only dream when I look at some of their furniture.  I have adequate furnishings in my home, but there always comes a time when you want something different or to update the present.

Once Again

The weather seems to have built in radar, when it comes to knowing the "Texas State Fair" is starting.  Every year it starts it's monsoon season down at the fair grounds.  We here in Texas don't mind the rain, because the lakes are so low.  We are thankful every time it rains, because of the extreme heat we suffer each summer.  The rain cools the heat and gives us needed water for the lakes.  The drought has hit Texas very hard in recent years, so any rain we can get is relished.

My Eye

The healing of this eye has had it's quirks.  Sometimes it's just great on focus and then I'll get this spot, which causes me to stop and close the eye then open to re-focus it.  I have done all the drops as directed and hope it is healing properly, with no problems.  I hope that mucus is causing this and will be washed away with the drops.  I don't want this surgery to be messed up.

One Week

It's been a week and 2 days since I had my first eye surgery for cataracts.  The right eye was gone and I could no longer see with it.  Now, I am blessed with sight as well as not having to wear glasses.  I've gone from an invalid to being able to see how dirt my house really is.  I've been trying to do a few things to clean it but am still overwhelmed with all the things I need to do.

Eyes

It's hard to relize that we depend entirely on our eyes as much as we do.  Yet when they start going bad or getting older, we get worried about how to correct them.  I've been waiting on Medicare to help me and kept getting run around's from them.  I admit that part of it was my own fault, but when I needed the help, they dug in their heels and drug their feet.

Prince George

Congrats to William and Kate on the birth of their new son, Prince George.  It was a day the world waited for and many were camped outside the hospital wing where Kate gave birth.  It was a good experience had by all except the Mom who went through 14 hours of labor.

Kids

Years of raising children gave me plenty of knowledge as to how rooms were to be kept.  The more simple was better, since they didn't have so much to strew around the room.  You may need to invest inkids furniture austin  to get quality in furniture for these little darlings. A clean room in the kids area, is something hard to find.  For information about this type of furniture, click on the link in this post.

News

The recent headlines gave us the array of "what now's"?  Being declared "not guilty" has made our nation become mass of protest sections.  Some are against the verdict, while others think it was just.  The two names involved in the case, has been well known for several months.  As with most media news, we the public watched and finally got tired of hearing about it on a daily basis. There isn't any good news to tell us about as yet.  Maybe the birth of a Royal" will give relief to the tiring public.

Paula

My heart goes out to Paula Dean during this time of sadness.  It really irks me that people can blow this type of thing out of proportion the way they do.  The news media is having a "hay day" with this and it's not good they way they are throwing words around.  It's not criminal to be human or to cut up and joke about things.  We are all in a glass house as long as we are alive.  Like she said, "pick up the stone and throw it".just make sure you don't hit the glass in your own window when you do.

Defense

We all need to protect ourselves from the criminal actions of late.  There's many things happening that people should be aware of ahead of time.  Having a asp baton  is considered an form of protection, which can give a possible deterrent from an attack.  This is a product that is easy to carrying and expands to give added distance between you and the approaching attacker.

WOW!

Roller Skate Coaster Ride
This is a thrill?  Well I suppose it's something that not many people think of doing.  Certainly not me, with the balancing act I'd have to pull off.  I doubt if I could hole on through the first turn.  I would probably go head first into the middle of that thing.

Gold

Many people have started looking for ways to supplement their incomes.  It's been a roller coaster ride in the financial field of late.  So, another form of future income seems to be in the precious metals.  You can find gold bars for sale  by clicking on the link in this post.  Why, not consider investing in something you know is smart?

Yard

It's summer here in Texas ans when the heat arrives, you give one look at the lawn and wonder how long it can go without watering?  Mowing is put on hold for awhile or so you thought.  Hey, I've been lazy and putting off mowing the year for two weeks.  Made myself get all hyped up to get up and get it done this morning.  Woke up to storms moving through with plenty of rain.  That's Texas weather for ya.

Relax

This last weekend was a prefect time to take out the boat or jet ski.  We happened to drive over the bridge at a local lake and you wouldn't believe the many boats and jet ski's that were in the water.  It was a sight to see, and then you had the fishermen.  Everyone and their dogs were there in some form or fashion.

The Skies

Last night the skies opened up to horrific sights, sound and trauma.  Tornadoes, hit the North Texas DFW areas and left a trail of destroyed homes, businesses and lives.  Fatalities were listed as well as many injuries.  Today, families are digging through what's left of their belongings trying to find some solace.
We are now coming into the summer season and this has already begun.  I wonder how hard this year will be for storms and such?

Yoga Online?

I haven't incorporated the use of yoga as a means to inner peace.  I haven't utilized it for health purposes or other strengths.  Many people consider it a form of help with their health and body.  I assume that it's a very intense resume which takes plenty of effort to master.  Should you find the need for this form of perfection, then click on http://www.yogadirect.com  to access the website.  Information can be found to assist your efforts in this matter.

Cloudy

This weather is crazy but I'm worried about the summer.  If it keeps being this crazy, there's no telling what type of weather we will have this summer.  Texas, has wild weather anytime of the year, but the summer months give way to terrible storms.  Got my fingers crossed on this summer, for sure.

A Baby

Very soon there will be a new Royal heir to the throne in England.  Prince William & his wife Kate, will become parents in July.  I wonder if tradition will cause him to buy cigars to pass out on the occasion?  He can get great cigar deals  if he goes online to order them.  I'm sure that he will have the best of everything to announce this special baby.

Spring is Here

It certainly is spring and with it comes these beauties that grace my front flower beds.  Mom, planted them several years back and they are thriving well.  I've ven had enough to give starts to my sister for her yard.

Free Site

I haven't had the chance to check out this link.  I will however see what it is about when I have a few minutes.  I like to make new blogs and will try the   make free website for free  to see if it is feasible to what I need in the future. Trying to update my internet world, may be just the boot I need in my web traffic.  For information about this service, click on the link and do some research.

Rain

North Texans woke up to loud thunder and heavy rain this morning.  Lightning was bright at times and the rain just kept pouring.  It's 8:30am and the rain is light but still making for a dreary day.  I have plans with my sister but they may not be as fun as we hoped.

Events

How often have you been to local area sports events where a family member or friend was competing?  I'm sure that you found the need for some aluminum bleachers   if the event was a long one.  Many local soccer fields have these for the weekend games.  You will need to go online to shop at the website in this post.  For information about this product, click and shop.

Sad

I've seen all types of people, but this takes the cake.  It's as if the whole world has gone crazy.  Killing innocent people is outrageous and plain mean. What are these idiots proving?  This isn't about control, it's about being cruel and mean.  So, now what area of our USA do we have to worry about next?

The Bush family have a new addition.  Jenna Bush Hager gave birth to a baby girl on Saturday.  As you know this is considered to be the first grand child of George W and Laura Bush.  We congratulate the family on the new baby.

Storms in Texas

We have experienced moderate storms over the north central areas of Texas, this morning.  Lightning struck close a few minutes ago, knocking off the power for a few seconds.  Just enough time to throw off the digital clocks and this damn computer.  So, now I have to reset the clocks, and have rebooted the computer.  It has been pouring rain for the last hour, and now seems to be dissipating somewhat.  Errands I had planned for today are on hold until things get better.

Good Memories

You meet family or friends for a great time at someone's home.  It may be that there's a holiday to be enjoyed.  Good socializing can bring a quality to life that you sometimes forget.  The men will wander off to their own areas and share stories, drinks and special  cigars  bought by the one who knows them best.  Each member of the group will put in their own treats as the day wears on.

Sunny Day

It's a beautiful sunny day here in Texas and we are promised to have nice temps.  The wind is sort of high but it could prove to be a good day anyway.  I got up to the birds singing and the cat meowing wanting in to be fed.  So, I made the morning coffee and put her some food down.  Then I walked outside to enjoy what has already become a day of laziness.  There are a couple of spring flowers blooming out front which gives color to the green grass needing mowed.

Health Care Solution?

Here is the solution:
While discussing the upcoming Universal Health Care Program with my sister-in-law the other day, I think we have found the solution. I am sure you have heard the ideas that if you're a senior you need to suck it up and give up the idea that you need any health care. A new hip? Unheard of. We simply can't afford to take care of you anymore. You don't need any medications for your high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc. Let's take care of the young people. After all, they will be ruling the world very soon.
So here is the solution. When you turn 70, you get a gun and 3 bullets You are allowed to shoot one senator and 2 representatives. Of course, you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head and all the health care you need! New teeth, great! Need glasses, no problem! New hip, knee, kidney, lung, heart? Well bring it on. And who will be paying for all of this. The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care. And, since you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any income tax.

Printers

Finding a good printer that lasts with durability, is a must for companies.  Sometimes the best deals ate the wholesale printers  that can be bought at a reasonable price.  If you are furnishing an office with more than one computer, then having extra printers located around the area makes more convenience.  For information about these products, click on the above link and do some shopping.

Beautiful Day

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...........the sun is out, and it's a crisp 43* degrees out there.  I turned on some heat when I got up to remove the chill from the house.  The birds are singing letting us know that spring is on the way.  I noticed that some of the trees are starting to tag or bloom.  This weather keeps everything confused, humans included.

Medical

A blood pressure machine is just what the doctor would order for certain patients, who have dire medical problems.  The sphygmomanometer price  can be a life saver for these people. I'm sure the price's for each unit can be adjusted to their insurance companies policies.  I'm not sure about the information so it would be best for all interested to research the website.

More?

The last 2 days have been cold and dreary..........ok it's time for the sun to come out and warm up.  I'm ready for it and also have errands that need to be run.  Don't like to drive when it's raining.

CD's

I suppose you can do almost anything with certain equipment in today's world.  Copywrite, has controlled some of the replications, but I assume a release has been put in effect for bulk cd replication  to be made. This helps certain companies to expand services to customers.  To shop for this equipment or get information, click on the link in this post.

Text

This is something I had to make myself learn.  I don't like it, but it seems to be the only way to get things said without talking or looking the person in the face.  The English language was floundering with this new age as it was, now it's really suffering.  They can't even spell right anymore.

Air

You can find parts and supplies to suit just about any job, when shopping at the website.  The online store is available for your convenience.  Some parts will help with warehouse work.  Other with production, like air pump  parts and equipment.Information can be found at the link in this post.

Wet & Cold

It's been a nasty 3 days here in Texas.  We woke up to more rain this morning with the temps in the 40's.  This type of weather cuts right through my bones.  Oh no, I hear thunder which means the bad weather is in the area right now.  Hope everything fares well.  Don't like the bad spring storms here in Texas.

Finances

It's so easy to get caught up in the fast talking deals of certain salesperson's.  You get more debt than you can handle and suddenly you world falls apart.  You loose your job and there's nothing you can do.  NC, has a place for people to get assistance with raleigh creditor rights bankruptcy lawyer  firms. You can go online to access their website for more information.

The Cat

/she has a favorite place when the weather is acting up outdoors.  In the house where it's warm and safe.  She doesn't like thunder and lightning.  Neither do I and I suppose I shouldn't think she would either.  Today, it's cold and rainy so she made her way into the house.

Watch Out!

What’s up with these young people, who think the freeway, is their personal raceway?
Have you seen these young people on these Ninja motorcycles, flying at top speeds down the freeway? It’s amazing, how they just pop a “wheely” and cruise down the road on the back wheel, for X amount of minutes. then down they come, almost loosing control of the bike.
No wonder there are so many deaths on these bikes. They should be outlawed, to anyone under thirty years of age. I’m not sure that would change the statistics any. I have a couple of children, in their thirties, that I don’t believe, would have any better sense, than to do the same as these, young idiots.
It takes my breath every time one passes me on the road. I’m just praying that he will get past me without loosing control and sliding under my car or the one’s in front of me. I’m afraid the site of such an accident would scar my emotions, for the rest of my life. I would have a hard time sleeping at night, should my car hit a person’s body lying in the road.
My spouse calls them potential “organ donors” , to which I definitely agree. What more horrible thing for parents to experience than loosing a young adult child to such a thing. Just think of all the hopes and dreams they’ve wanted for that child, now destroyed, from reckless fun.
I realize the adrenaline is flowing, when they go at high speeds down the freeways. Passing cars with the idea that we are “eating their dust”, can only cause a frinzy to the excitement, they feel.
I only hope that the laws are adjusted to stop this kind of accidents, and save the lives of these young people. It’ really sad that anyone has to suffer from reckless actions. Unfortunately, the world is full of uncontrolled stupid actions.

Moving?

I can't believe the efforts it takes to move from one place to another.  It never ceases to amaze me how you can accumulate so much stuff in such a short time.  Just when you think you've gotten rid of a bunch of things, you look around and find so much more.  When it comes time to move, you actually consider giving some stuff away, or selling it.  I've got too much to move so, I will see if someone might want the things that I really don't want.

Dreary Day

I need to run some errands, but I don't feel like getting out of the house.  It's dreary outdoors, with the cold rainy falling ever so often.  Not only does that make it uncomfortable but the streets can be slick while driving on them.  I suppose one more day in the house won't hurt me, since I don't relish getting out in this mess.  Finances are a bit low anyway, with all the extra bills I had this month.  So, I'll play it by ear and see what happens.

Everyday

I signed on the computer this morning to see all kinds of new that had happened over night.  It's seems that our world is falling apart day by day.  Nothing can be done because of the immense nature of each new item.  You never know where the next disaster, death or senseless attacks will occur.  People are loosing their minds and no one can seemingly help the finality of it all.  If it were just one type of disaster, then maybe there could be a plan in place to help.  There's just too many ways that life can fall apart for so many people, towns and countries.  The weather plays a major role very often.

Sing a Song

It's very easy to get caught up in socializing, when out with friends.  Karaoke, is something that you can do and feel as though you are giving to your public.  The sound choice karaoke  units can be set to enhance the singer's style and tones.  Making a good appearance in front of an audience, can be done with good equipment.

Our Soldiers

Even though the president has said that many of our soldiers are coming home, we still need to remember the sacrifice that has been given.  Take time to say a prayer and remember those who have given and those who are still giving.

Entertainment

An entertainment center comes with all types of units, wires and hook ups.  Support them is a major standard, considering the size and style of the units.  You can go online and shop for  stands and mounts   to carry the brunt of the situation. Firm support is needed to utilize the space you have for the units.  For information, click on the above link and shop.

A New Day

Looking out the window, it's hard to remember yesterday's dreary wet cold.  While it is still crisp this morning, there's is a beautiful sun out in all it's splendor and the birds are singing.  Temps are supposed to warm up more tomorrow, but you never know what to expect with spring approaching.  Today, I'll take the bright sunshine and no rain.  That's a plus that makes the day feel good.

Tools

It's an adventure in learning when you find the need for  deburring tools  at a company.  It must be done for the precision of the part to work properly.  You can't have a burr jamming up production.  So, to prevent this from happening, many companies purchase parts that have been processed before they receive them.  For information on these items click on the above link.

It's Been Crazy

The last two weeks has been something in the news.  You name it and something about that subject will be there for you to read about.  Local news carries a deluge of crime, disasters and other items.  The nation as a whole seems to be falling apart at the seams.  Gun control is in the front line of business, because of the large amount of violence in the last year.  What to do is something many have ideas about.  Yet, they can come up with the solution that works.

The Hype

Super Bowl has come and gone with the "hype" still lingering from all the commercials, sports, news media, football figures and parades.  The "Ravens" won over the "49er's" and gave one brother good memories, while the other brother came away bitter and empty handed.  What a deal?  How do 2 brother's end up opposite sides of the field as coaches of defending football teams?  Are we looking at the possibility that they family heritage in football is that good?  Either way it couldn't have been a good thing to deal with as far as family relationships are concerned.  I suppose the Manning brother's felt this way as well during their bouts on the football fields.
Today, the people move on to another year of spring training, and other sports venues to watch.  Baseball and basketball is taking the stage so, now we have a new set of sports and teams to cheer on.

At Work

When I worked for a certain company back in the 70's I found the need for a good work bench  to handle bins of parts.  It was a time that I took to learn the specs about electronic assembly.  I found that even if you get your unit going smoothly there will always be a part that will be weak.  Therefore, there is a need for extra parts.

Church

Finding extra chairs has never been a problem at most events.  The large crowds can be expanded with extra wood church chairs  should the congregation over flow the capacity of the building.  When large wedding, funerals, memorials and such occur at these locations, it is necessary to have extra seats.

America.........

Below are a few lines from Obama's books; In his words!
From Dreams of My Father: I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites. From Dreams of My Father : I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race. From Dreams of My Father: There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And Black. From Dreams of My Father: It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names. From Dreams of My Father: I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa , that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself , the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela. And FINALLY the Most Damming one of ALL of them!!! From Audacity of Hope: I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction. We CANNOT have someone with this type of mentality running our GREAT nation!! I don't care whether your a Democrat or a Conservative. We CANNOT turn ourselves over to this type of character in a President.
What shall we do?.

Glasses

I notice that many things are open to the public online these days.  The buying of  cheap progressive eyeglasses  are no exception to the rule as well.  The convenience of going online to shop has become a past time for most people.  The can do it at home, at work or at leisure when they find the internet hook up available.

Cell Phones

The worst thing to do is get behind a driver who is on the cell phone. If the driver is going slower than the speed limit or the traffic flow, you can bet they are on the cell phone.  It infuriates me to no end.  There needs to be a law to control this type of thing.  I can tell you that there would be alot of tickets written.

Several

As you know the winter season brings with it the risk of catching the flu.  Many are crowding the ER's at local hospitals this year.  The "flu" season has taken off a month early causing the hospitals to be full of waiting sick people.  The Health Departments in area counties are telling people to get the "flu" shot if they haven't already.  In some areas the supplies are already low or depleted.  People are taking this seriously after a local teenager died last week from complications of the flu.

Clean Up

Winter weather has caused some damage to the floors up in the eastern states.  Hurricane Sandy took it's toll on homes and properties, therefore finding it necessary for carpet cleaning.  In and around certain areas you can contact the  raleigh carpet cleaning  company nearest your location.  I'm sure they can give you the service you need at a good price.
