Ice Disc

Now this is some cold, when you think of how much low temps it took to cause this to happen.  I wouldn't want to live up in this area of the country, but then as of today, Texas is in the 30's and that's very cold to us.

Health

Cold

The sun may be out and all but it's very cold here in the North Texas areas.  It's been in the 30's all day and I don't relish my heating bill this month.  Last months was bad enough.  When your heating bill is more than your electric bill, then you know it's been a cold month.  Texas has been lucky in recent years, with temps that were tolerable.  This winter has been a bit colder and I'm feeling it with every wind that slaps my cheeks.  I sure hope we miss all the ice that's been moving around the nation.  We had one onslaught recently and that was enough to level many trees here.  I don't like hearing large limbs crashing down on my roof.  It's very scary, to think one could come through and cause structural damage to my home.  I can't afford that subject at all.  I've got my fingers crossed for some better weather very soon.

I can only imagine how beautiful it is to see this from where the camera was located.  In it's beauty, it has an air of the unknown.  Being up that high would certainly be a scary thing for me, but I'm sure it would wear off with time.

Deaths

It seems that no matter where you live there's always a crazy person or a sick one that can't handle the stresses of life.  Maybe it's because of the way they were raised, or how the people treated them on a certain job?  Who knows what causes these individuals to act in violence the way they do?  I'm sure the attack in MD, is just one of more that will or may happen in the near future.  It is my hope that we as the American public, can find ways to get these sick people off the streets and get them some help.

Back Up In The Woods

Revenge

Well, it took awhile, but Sunday night is the first episode of the new season of "Revenge" and I'm ready for it.  It seems that Emily will be laying in the hospital from gun shot wounds inflicted by Daniel.  Yet, they are letting us believe that she can't remember any of it.  I'm not believing this at all, and you know why!

2014

It's here and now we start on our endeavors for the new year ahead of us.  I'm not sure of anything based on past life experiences.  So, as we go forth I can only hope for the best.  This being said, I'm sure you are thinking the same thing, for certain subjects.  Our government could use some help and it looks as though there isn't any coming soon.
The weather is about to unleash some tundra like situations, so there you have it.  Hunker down and endure.
