Afghan Election workers count results at the Independent Election Commission in Kabul on August 31. Afghan electoral authorities have cancelled the scheduled release on Saturday of the latest tranche of results from controversial elections that have been overshadowed by fraud allegations.
I expected as much, if the leaders don't get what they want then they allege fraud.
