A foreclosure sign is posted in front of a townhouse in Herndon, Virginia. Amid a storm of foreclosures and other housing woes, the US House of Representatives passed legislation Thursday to give bankruptcy judges power to lower some homeowners' mortgage payments.
Where are all these people going to live? On the streets, on in tent communities? This is a horrible thing to experience, because of what's happening.............
