Flood Waters Rising........
Ike's eye was forecast to strike somewhere near Galveston late Friday or early Saturday.
His home is already at flood stage, and he's still there? I don't understand this, but then it's not me and my home.
Residents walk down a flooded street in Galveston, Texas. A strengthening Hurricane Ike is bearing down on Houston, forcing hundreds of thousands to flee and sparking a dire warning that those remaining in low-lying areas "face certain death.
This woman is taking pictures of the waves as they hit the seawall at Galveston's beach area.
Just a few miles down the coast Surfside, is already flooded and forecasted to get even worse as the storm comes inland.
His car is already under water, and he's resisting evacuation?
