I recently changed my online provider to a certain other which was local and offered a good package deal.  Yeah, right!  I've since changed my opinion about this company but it's too late, because I am locked into a 12month contract, with a penalty if I opt out early.  Now, how do you think I'm going to enjoy the next few months?  Not much, I'd say!
