It's an idea that has been had by other's before this guy. When you have family members who are not giving you the time of day, and want only to take advantage of your wealth in the event of your death, then you look for ways to get rid of these useless family members right's. The law says that you have to give an heir at least $1. in a will from your estate, but adopting your girlfriend to get rid of these loafer's is an idea. The government won't back such an action, but right now it's looks as though the courts can drag these type's of matters out, just to gain a portion of the money that is involved in the court action suits. How canny of the court system to make money of these people in this manner.
