When "spam" first became a problem for all of us, it was then that the "secret shopper" trend raised it's head. Today, they go around those words and use "mystery evaluator" to coin a catchy phrase. I realize these people have a job to do, but I'm really tired of them overloading my "spam folders" with this crap.
