A plane is prepared on the tarmac at Reagan National Airport, after a massive snow storm shut down air travel over the weekend, in Washington, on Monday, Dec. 21, 2009. The government has imposed a three hour limit on tarmac strandings at airports.
Many are waiting for the next available flights, in order to make it home for Christmas...........
