Returning A Costume.......
Many people will try to return a costume, after the holiday or season is over with. There are many reasons to return a costume, and I'm thinking it could be if you loose weight or just don't have the storage space to place it. Either way, there are items that you can't return and they are considered to be special items worn in private areas of the body.
Products that are in zip lock bags, style packaging or any bag/box that is not factory sealed is not returnable. Prosthetics, fangs, wigs, beards, facial hair, eyelashes, artificial hair, fake teeth, must be returned in the unopened and sealed package. This is just some of the items, that can't be returned. How can a person return a costume that's been worn, next to their skin? I'm not sure what this website is showing on costume returns as acceptable? It's my opinion, that nothing could be returned if this is the case in question. I understand the reasoning for this and would call the company to get specific information on the actual items, I could return. How often do you need a costume, during the year is limited. I believe that having a costume around during that time, could cause a storage problem. It would be better to return it to the proper company, so they can preserve it and protect it until the coming holiday, it's needed for.
