Medicare Needs

 If you find yourself over the age of 50, then you know what's coming in the near future.  There are many "baby boomers" who are well aware of the situation I'm telling you about.  I am one of them, and recently I was sent all this paperwork in the mail about a Medicare plan  for my health.  Being healthy, I felt this to be an insult, but realized how quickly life can change.  I know that there are many who are utilizing these benefits on a daily basis.  To get information about a good plan, you can click on the above link.

GPS

Most of the new cars are coming equipped with the tracking systems.  I have an older car that paid for, and I'm not really ready to install a tracking system in it.  There are many young people who swear by their  magellan gps   since they have a hard time understanding maps.  If it's on the map then the tracking system can find it for them and point them in the right direction.  For information and prices click on the above link and shop.

Never Forget !

DISD

The Dallas School District has laid off over 200 employees.  These cuts come with the problems that the district was already experiencing.  As of last Friday these positions were cut in order to trim the financial budget already in trouble.  Some people blame this problem on the Governor of our fine State as well as the other departments in our State government.  Many of the jobs that were cut are central and some were just vacancies that were eliminated.  Either way the children of the Dallas Schools stand to loose the standard of education they deserve.

Prince William and his new wife, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, drive off from Buckingham Palace in an Aston Martin owned by his father.  They will go to his apartment for some needed rest and then come back for the party later.

Congratulations

 The world watched as these two beautiful people took their vows and became a new generation of monarchy in Britain.  Prince William married the beautiful Catherine Middleton, in the ceremony of the century.  She woke up this morning, went to Westminster Abbey and became a Duchess.  All a very beautiful fairy tale story, which unfolded without a hitch.  May they have a long wonderful life.

Remove Circles

I am interested in finding more information about  how to remove dark circles  from my eyes.  There are ideas offered but until I can actually afford the processes, I will have to accept the outcome.  I could use cheaper methods but they wouldn't do much good.  It's necessary to research the products and consult a beauty expert before setting out to do a beauty treatment.  For more information, click on the above link and see what they say.

The Farm

 

The area your seeing is one of the places my sister enjoys daily.  Her home is out in the country and makes for a very pleasant peaceful habitat.  They keep their supply of logs handy for the nice fireplace located just inside the living room taking up one whole wall.  As you can tell there is also a huge pasture around their property which is home to several cows,  calves and 2 donkeys.  This is a great place to go and sit out under the trees and relax.

Shutters

 I visited this website, to see the interior plantation shutters  and the one's that were pictured, looked like the old venetian  blinds that we used years ago.  I noticed a slight difference in the fact that they are setup to be opened with wooden units rather than the string types we had back then.  I see them as very nice and clean looking with the concept of having cut out drapes.  If your home is needing the type of decor, then click on the above link and shop for the best value listed.

The Red River

The Red River has not been nice to people who live in and around broad stretches of rural North Dakota and Minnesota.  Many roads are under water and the only way to homes in the affected areas is by boat.  This is nothing new to the people who are enduring the river's overflow.  They have been through this before and are doing their best to maintain a form of existence.  Those who are able are placing sandbags as a dam to protect their properties from the river's rampage.
