The puppy that was set on fire by a group of men, has died from the extensive burns to his body. This is the second dog in 3 years to have been set on fire by uncaring mean people. The SPCA of Texas is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone providing
information in the Pleasant Grove abuse case, that leads to an arrest
and conviction.
