Goodbye Gary............

 Gary has had a problem living up to the standards, he thought everyone was expecting of him..........He tried........it just didn't work...............
He suffered the brain hemorrhage Wednesday at his Santaquin home, 55 miles south of Salt Lake City. Frank said Coleman was hospitalized because of "an accident" at the home, but she said she had no details on what the accident was.

Hurricane Season Predicted.........

The forecast for the storm season that begins next Tuesday, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration forecast 14 to 23 named storms, with 8 to 14 developing into hurricanes, nearly matching 2005's record of 15.

Three to seven of those could be major Category 3 or above hurricanes, with winds of more than 110 miles per hour (177 km per hour), the agency said, echoing earlier predictions from meteorologists for a particularly severe season that could disrupt U.S. oil, gas and refinery operations.  "If this outlook holds true, this season could be one of the more active on record.

Generic Brands

I've been told that there's no difference in the products, just that the brands have changed.  They say you can by the generic brands a a lower price and still get the needed health treatments from them that you would get for the products that are name brand with higher price's.  A generic Phentermine  can give you the needed help when trying to loose weight.  I would consider getting generic products because I've seen the packaging companies changing the product logo's and putting the same product in the packages.  I believe it the way they get rid of the excess products that they aren't able to sell.  But, then that's my opinion.

Outbreak

 It never fails, the day before or the day of a special event it happens.  There it is right in the middle of your nose!  Wouldn't you know it, this horrible zit had to pop up right on your special day!  Well, there's not much you can do about it today, but with the best acne treatment  you have scheduled, you will be able to combat it from now on.  It's a going thing these days to get good skin treatments in order to control such break outs, before they happen.

Styling.....

When I think of clothes, there is much left in this world that hasn't been used or developed in the way of wearing apparel.  I wonder what some of the designer's are thinking with the styles you see on certain runways at shows?  It's best to consider the actual area that people are living in, when deciding on a clothing business to invest in  urban clothing sales.  I live in the midwest of the US and therefore, you can find a pair of jeans more to the area people's liking.  We like comfort as well as casual clothing, mainly because of the weather and extreme heat involved.  Clothing is sure not 1st on my list to buy, but I do have my weak moments.

Oh My.......

The weather, has really taken it's toll on property and lives in the last few months.  I recently volunteered for the Red Cross Chapter in my area and got as much training as I have been able to get.  Still I'm not really ready to advance into the mass disaster areas, without someone beside me who is experienced.  When I found all the different aspects of mass disaster relief, it became a scary situation.  I'm sure I'm not strong enough to handle some of the situations, that could arise.  My boss has been deployed to Oklahoma for 3 weeks and from the stories I've heard from reports up there, she has had her job cut out for her.  She told her boss, that she's doing well and that her time there, so far has been a good experience.  At the time she was on the phone to her boss, there were more storms in the area, and threats of tornadoes loomed about.  I only hope that the weather holds and she can come back to us soon, cause I'm getting bored not being able to work down here in our Chapter office.

Handle the Cash

 Having a business that handles cash, there is always a need for cash drawers to keep the cash arranged properly during business hours.  I've worked at stores where you took a cash drawer, counted it before you went to work, then counted it after your shift was done.  Counting my mmf drawer always made me nervous, because you wanted to be even at the end of your shift.  It's not funny coming up short on your cash for the day's work.  It's not funny coming up over but at least you can relax at not having to put up your own money to cover the missing money.

Afghan Poppys Growth........

Afghans will plant whatever earns most and the instability of war could see them favour the "one sure way of safe-guarding against an insecure future.
"This year we had less poppy cultivation, which I think was because of our public awareness campaign which we launched before cultivation started.

The farmers and other experts cited high rainfall in some areas, drought in others, free seeds for alternatives such as wheat and good prices for food crops, and a mysterious disease withering poppies in some areas.  Opium output was down by 10 percent in 2009 to 6,900 tonnes, but yield rose 15 percent because farmers extracted more opium per bulb.

Vitamins.......

 I've always believed that if you eat properly, that there is very little need for vitamins.  I made sure my children had a balanced diet and plenty of vegetables.  Other families, weren't as astute as parents like me.  They would allow their children to grab a dry cereal on the way to school and dart out the door.  Those are the one's who I would consider the children to need vitamins during their growing years. Tornados Hit Oklahoma

In neighborhoods in Oklahoma City, emergency workers were going door to door to make sure everyone was accounted for. The severe weather also hit parts of Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.
In Cleveland County, a tornado with winds of 103 m.p.h. touched down about 4 miles southeast of Norman, then crossed a highway. Roofs were blown off and power lines were reported damaged. In Kay County, near Braman, officials reported that a tornado flipped over cars as it sped through. Storm spotters in Noble County reported debris in the air that had been swept up by tornadoes.  At least five people were reported dead Monday night in Oklahoma after severe weather caused tornadoes to form across parts of the southern Plains, with some touching down with deadly force in the Oklahoma City area.

Specialists work on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange May 6, 2010. U.S. stocks posted their largest percentage drop since April 2009 on Thursday.  Asian stock markets plunged in early trade Friday following massive losses on Wall Street amid fears over the Greek debt crisis.

 If you deal in silver bars or rare coins then you should have a good supply on hand should this type of recession happen. Silver today, is in short supply and very hard to find. Gold and Platinum have been a good sources of metal to stockpile during times of recession. There’s a certain excitement that comes over me when i see one of my flowers about to bloom. I really can’t explain, except it comes from growing the plant and watching it evolve from the plant it was to the plant it is. That’s where the excitement and enjoyment comes from. Especially, if you’ve taken it as a small clipping, rooted it and set it out in the big yard to grow.

Heavy Flooding.......

Flooding cut off access to Somerset Farms and residents were evacuated. Severe storms dumped heavy rain on Tennessee for the second straight day.

Our prayers are with these unfortunate people.

Sensa

 I needed to get an idea about certain dieting products and actual edible diets.  I found a website called sensa review  that gives pro's and con's on the benefits of dieting and eating certain foods.  The information given spoke about the difference in sports figures in training to people who go about everyday lives, not exercising.  It also told how if we were to indulge in the ways Olympic participants do, we would become obese.  It's necessary for them to eat more to maintain muscle and strength.

In this district, the Lord's Resistance Army has continued to commit horrific atrocities against civilians, who are now displaced with no prospect of going back home any time soon.  It is our prayers that this situation is brought under control before any more lives are taken........

High Fiber

 I've never heard of this product and now that it has come to my attention I found it to be interesting.  So, I read further on the product by the name of irvingia .  It is similar to other fibers as a bulking forming laxative that has the capability to suppress the appetite and help with weight loss.  It helps with absorption of dietary sugars to reduce blood sugar or blood glucose levels after a meal and binds with bile acid and to carry cholesterol from the body.  I remember other products offered that do this type of weight support and the side effects involved.

Flooding In Tennessee

A line of strong thunderstorms Saturday dumped at least 10 inches of rain on Memphis and produced tornadoes and hail along the Mississippi River Valley in Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky and northward.  Tennessee on Sunday coped with evacuations and closed roads from heavy flooding that claimed five lives, covered city streets and cars left stranded on interstate highways turned into rivers.

This website has a listing of the different diet supplements that work  and have gone so far as to list the top 5 for your review.  Along with the reviews, they have listed the rating of the products the safety and overall side effects.  It's been suggested that the top ones they have listed work the best to burn off unwanted fat and keep it off.  I've been looking around local stores and online websites lately for a certain brand and hope to find a cheaper one I can afford.

A car bomb that threatened a "very deadly event" failed to go off Saturday in the heart of New York's Times Square.  Police in New York foiled an attempted car bomb attack in the heart of Times Square thanks to a T-shirt vendor who saw smoke coming from the explosives laden vehicle.

I went to a health food store yesterday looking for some diet products I had heard about.  It was amazing to see all the different things they have these days.  Among the products I also found, body building supplies along with colon cleanses.  I realize that these are a part of the body's needs when trying to stay healthy.  I wasn't ready for the vast amount on the sales counters.  For more information on these product and others you can click here and look around the website.
