Earthquake survivors receive part of their state pensions from government employees who set up a pay center until the banking system begins functioning since the massive earthquake in Constitucion March 5, 2010. A series of strong aftershocks rattled south-central Chile on Friday, panicking residents nearly a week after one of the most powerful earthquakes on record rocked the area and killed hundreds of people.
