I've always believed that if you eat properly, that there is very little need for vitamins. I made sure my children had a balanced diet and plenty of vegetables. Other families, weren't as astute as parents like me. They would allow their children to grab a dry cereal on the way to school and dart out the door. Those are the one's who I would consider the children to need
